What's the Loyola Auction Party?
It's an "adult-only" fundraising and community-building event that will take place March 22, 2014 at the Los Altos Golf and Country Club- 6:30-10:30pm. It's open to parents and teachers and is a great way to have a fun night out to mingle, eat great food, and dance. This year's theme is Casino Royale so we'll even have casino games! RSVP HERE
How does the Auction part work?
Parents and community members, local businesses, classrooms, teachers, etc donate products, services, parties, sports items and more to the auction. Loyola Auction Party guests then bid on those items at the event. There will be:
- Fixed-bid items (Hawaiian party for $50 per person for example),
- Bid sheet items (for example a summer sports camp will start bids at $25 with $5 increments)
- Live Auction items (for higher-end items such as a Hawaiian getaway home or a reserved parking spot in front of school)
Where does the money go?
Auction proceeds go to the Loyola PTA, which helps fund library materials, computers, art supplies, music, arts programs, and more.

How do you find out what's available to bid on at the Auction?
The Auction Guide is available online (see link above) and will be distributed the week of March 4th. You can use it to browse what you'll be bidding on at the auction.
How can you help? Volunteering..
We need a lot of hands to make the event a success (donations, staffing, decoration, etc). Any help, big or small is appreciated. Sign up to volunteer.
